Payment
At Little Silver Dermatology, our priority is delivering the highest quality care with a truly personalized experience. To support this commitment, we operate as a direct care practice, meaning we do not participate with commercial insurance plans. This allows us to spend more time with each patient and ensure that every visit is with one of our board-certified dermatologists. We believe that your skin deserves expert attention—without being rushed or delegated to non-physician providers.
Payment is due at the time of service, and we’ll provide you with a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurance plan for potential reimbursement.
For patients with Medicare, our physicians are non-participating providers. This means you pay at the time of your visit, and Medicare—along with any secondary insurance—will typically reimburse you for up to 78% of the bill.
